Description

Looming proudly over County Donegal in the north west of Ireland stands its tallest mountain, Mount Errigal. Part of the Derryveagh mountains, also known as the "Seven Sisters", it can be seen from many miles around as often serves as a backdrop for many of my photos.

I took this photo with my drone on a sunny afternoon in October, the heather around the Lough starts to turn brown as summer comes to a close and Autumn draws in. The lines on the ground in the foreground are what I suspect to be a furrow in which people in days gone by would have grown their own potatoes, a totem to Irelands agrarian past.

Prints are printed on high grade Permajet lustre paper. All frames are made from Italian wood mouldings, glazed with high quality acrylic with a two inch mount and are ready to hang straight out of the box. Canvases are printed on premium Fujifilm canvas material coated with three layers of satin coat for added protection and stretched over one inch thick canvas frame. For more information on how I print and frame my work visit my Irish Landscape Photography page. Please note that the colour of both prints, canvases and frames may appear different than they do on screen; the watermark in the middle of my online images will not appear on prints and the aspect ratio of prints may appear different from the online image.

I print all of my prints on high grade Permajet lustre photo paper.

Choose from five different frame colours.

I include part of the image on the side of the canvas.
