Prints are printed on high grade Permajet lustre paper. All frames are made from Italian wood mouldings, glazed with high quality acrylic with a two inch mount and are ready to hang straight out of the box. Canvases are printed on premium Fujifilm canvas material coated with three layers of satin coat for added protection and stretched over one inch thick canvas frame. For more information on how I print and frame my work visit my Irish Landscape Photography page. Please note that the colour of both prints, canvases and frames may appear different than they do on screen; the watermark in the middle of my online images will not appear on prints and the aspect ratio of prints may appear different from the online image.

Description
The summit of the tallest mountain in Northern Ireland, Slieve Donard, seen from beside Slieve Binnian, with the renowned Mourne Wall along its spine. I took this photo on a frigid winters day whilst walking back from an attempt to climb Binnian, having turned back as the wind was too fierce to get anywhere near the top of the mountain safely.
I've always loved seeing the Mourne Wall snaking its way through the Mourne Mountains; completed in 1922 after 18 years of construction it was designed to keep livestock away from drinking water sources, and in my opinion serves as an essential safety feature as it's very hard to get lost when you're near it, simply follow it far enough to a path and you'll know where you are.
I print all of my prints on high grade Permajet lustre photo paper.

I include part of the image on the side of the canvas.
