Description

The rocky coastline on the south side of Achill Island in County Mayo, black and white version. I took this photo during my first trip to Mayo and was captivated by the almost untouched wildness of Achill Island. Not far from where I took this photo the film Banshees of Inisheerin was being filmed at the time and I can understand why they chose this location given it's rugged isolation and raw beauty. Prints are printed on high grade Permajet lustre paper. All frames are made from Italian wood mouldings, glazed with high quality acrylic with a two inch mount and are ready to hang straight out of the box. Canvases are printed on premium Fujifilm canvas material coated with three layers of satin coat for added protection and stretched over one inch thick canvas frame.
